Our team of dedicated, trained personnel provides responsive service. We customise our services to fit each client’s needs, and we believe our success lies in the selection and training of staff, the choice of partners and equipment, and the development of long-term relationships with clients.

Staff selection and training
How officers are recruited and trained
Our success lies in the selection and training of our staff.
- Recruitment checks. Physical and medical fitness tests, oral and written interviews, document verification and background checks.
- Background vetting. A two-week vetting period including employment background and referee checks.
- Basic guarding course (two weeks). Security threats and protection, criminal offences law, arrest and restraint by private security operatives, patrolling techniques, first aid, firefighting techniques, occurrence books and written reports, customer care and handling of crime scenes.
- Client-specific training (two weeks). Site profile, operating duties, standard operating procedures, search and access control, emergency and evacuation procedures, report writing and any other topics the client requires.
Supervision, accountability and quality
Training only works when it is supervised. Each deployment is agreed in writing, and service delivery is checked against it.
- Assignment instructions agreed with the client before deployment
- Supervision of posts and officer conduct
- Occurrence books and written incident reports
- Periodic review of service delivery and risk with the client
- Company code of conduct, grooming and presentation standards
Specific supervision frequencies and reporting formats are set out in each client’s proposal.
Corporate responsibility
Security awareness for the public
Many people do not know what to do before, during and after a major security incident. Through our dog department, we offer basic security awareness training to corporate staff, management and the general public upon request, covering personal, domestic and travel security.
