Recruitment & Verification
The security guards are mostly drawn from civilian/village sources, who are trained to accomplish up to a certain level of service. Guards are trained to basically perform ‘Watch and Ward’ duties. We advertise regularly in the newspaper to draw manpower. A considerable number of guards however come from within relatives and acquaintances of the serving guards of the company.
When a prospective guard appears before the Recruiting Officer, he is interviewed preliminary. Seeing his physical condition, outlook and essential papers, he is put through a written examination. If he qualifies in all these tests, he is considered for enrolment.
Verification of security guard/supervisor’s background and antecedents are given prime importance by Elite Force. We as a Magnetic Security Guard company continuously modify/ improve (if required) our verification procedure. One of the requirements for an individual to be selected as guard/supervisor is to produce an updated character certificate from his local area chairman. We also prefer references from two known local persons
